Carlos, class of ´94, is originally from Barcelona, Spain, and currently lives in Mainz, Germany. Carlos works for Nestlé Corporation in Frankfurt, enjoys other cultures, languages, sports, and loves spending time with his daughter.
Darcy and her husband Brett own and operate Riddco, Inc., which mainly contracts with numerous telecommunications companies to provide the pathway for fiber and phone lines. They attend West Valley Nazarene Church where she teaches caravans to 3rd and 4th grade girls and serves on the Women’s Ministry Council. She also bakes and decorates cookies for special events. Darcy is a runner and she also loves to entertain, shop, and spend time with family.
Since 1999, Karen has worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor in the Neuro Rehabilitation program at the University of Washington Academic Medical Center (Seattle). She and her husband, Terry, have two grown children and one grandson. They worship at Kent First Church of the Nazarene, where she is active on the church board and the Women’s Council. She loves golfing, attending Seahawks games, reading, traveling, holding her grandson, and she and Terry are taking up a new hobby of bike riding.
Stacy works from home and is the bookkeeper for Blum Construction, a family-owned company. She and a friend started Troy Club Volleyball in 2010, and she enjoys coaching junior varsity high school volleyball at Troy HS. Stacy and her husband, Curtis, have 5 children, ranging in age from 25-18, including a set of twins. She enjoys being with family, walking, biking, paddleboarding, watching her kids’ sports, reading, taking pictures, gardening, and being involved in her church.
For 15 years, Kristi was in the financial services industry. Currently, she is a stay-at-home mom with her 2 preschool-age children. The Bolles family attends Alderwood Community Church, where Kristi volunteers in the preschool and 2-year-old Sunday School classes, and she is also involved with women’s Bible studies. She is married to Jeremy, and she loves boating, waterskiing, traveling, being outdoors, trying new things, and being with loved ones.
Janelle has been a teacher and professor, and recently transitioned to Nursing Home Administration. She and her husband, Buff, have 3 children, two of whom are still at home. The Bufford’s attend Portland First Church of the Nazarene, where they participate in the Upward Basketball program and Janelle is a nursery volunteer. She also loves to spend time with family and friends, watch sports, scrapbook, and decorate her home.
Tyler is married to Melissa and they have Brooklyn who is 5 and Colton who is 2. As a family they love vacationing in Central Oregon, playing at the park and going boating in the summer. Tyler and his family are members at Oasis Community Church in downtown Salem and are active in outreach and help out in children's ministries and prayer team. Tyler is the Director of Clinical Operations and Community Relations for PT Northwest which is an Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Agency based in the Willamette Valley. To relax, Tyler enjoys golfing, playing basketball and hanging out with his family.
Zach, class of 2004, is currently Branch Manager of LaborMAX Staffing where facilitates recruitment and job placement activities with companies across the Treasure Valley. Zach and wife Sarah ('04) live in Nampa with their three kids (Alison, Katie and Matthew) who keep them busy! The Marble's attend College Church of the Nazarene where Zach serves on the board and helps coordinate hospitality and care ministries. Zach enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, buying storage units, eating doughnuts and motorcycle riding.
Jan McIntire, President
Jan has worked in education for 15 years as a classroom teacher and administrator. She also works with her husband, Tim, in their home-based business. Jan and Tim have 3 grown children and attend LifeBridge Christian Church where Jan teaches a women’s Bible study. Jan loves to travel, hike in the mountains, read/study, walk, garden, enjoy family and friends, and volunteer at NNU.
Brad Michelson, Secretary
For most of his professional career, Brad has been supporting engineering and management tasks and is currently serving as Vice President at Infinity Systems Engineering. He and his wife Robin have 4 children. They are active in their church and in community volunteer opportunities. The Michelson family also enjoys outdoor activities, sports, and traveling.
Eddie Miles, Vice-President
Eddie and his wife, Christine (Talmadge, class of 94) along with their two children, Gabe and Ally, live in Yakima, WA and attend West Valley Church of the Nazarene. Eddie is the Vice President of Integration & Business Development for Virginia Mason Memorial Hospital. Eddie played soccer and baseball at NNC and continues to enjoy playing soccer to this day. Gabe and Ally are active in track where they both hope to compete at NNU someday.
Preston works in the accounting and finance field where he met his wife Brittani. They live in the Woodinville, WA area attending Canyon Hills Community Church and are involved with the young married group as well has the youth ministries. Preston loves to be active outdoors, especially enjoying hiking, skiing, and playing softball. Growing up and currently living in the Seattle area Preston is a local sports fan of the Mariners, Seahawks, and most enthusiastically his other alma mater - the University of Washington.
Heather Pillers, class on 2009, most recently moved back to Nampa to serve as the Children's Pastor at College Church of the Nazarene. She is married to David Pillers ('03), and they enjoy being involved in a variety of church ministries, running together, hiking, camping, and now doing many DIY projects on their home.
MJ has pastored in Anchorage Alaska with his wife Maria and two children Alexis and Gabby since 1999. He is currently pastoring at Jewel Lake Church of the Nazarene where he has been since 2013. Before that he planted a church on the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) campus and was there for 10 years. He was born and raised in Soldotna, a small south-central Alaskan town where his parents still live. He is passionate about Harley Davidson Motorcycles and spends much of his spare time (when the roads are not covered in ice) riding his Harley all over Alaska and the Yukon.
